Goal: Strengthening the global teams

Description: in the autumn of 2015 Evonik organized an event for their Mobility teams from all over the world. Therefore Business games developed an interactive training. Asking each other for help (more often) and sharing knowledge mutually were the key goals of this training.

In the first round the participants playfully appointed each other’s specific knowledge and skills. In the second round the competences of each were needed in order to solve cases. Did they collaborate in order to serve the client optimally? Besides these key goals, the interaction during the game improved the connexion between the different Mobility teams worldwide.
